Service Description

Join East Coast Standup Paddle Tours on an evening sunset SUP session at the beautiful Oulton Broad in Suffolk. Paddle from the Broadlands Marina around the broad to the Commodore Public House, around Ererits Park and back to Broadlands Marina. This 2 Hour Paddle board experience, includes coaching from a qualified ASI paddle board instructor, a top of the range Fanatic paddle board, carbon paddle, leash and buoyancy aid. We advise you bring old trainers or wetsuit boots that will make life more comfortable, a towel and warm clothes to change in to after your 2 hour experience. If you can arrive at the Common about 15 mins before your experience to get changed we can get on the water faster. Minimum age for the paddle board lessons is 14 years old. Our aim is to get you paddling on a stand up paddle board, whilst in the safe and capable hands of one of our enthusiastic ASI Instructors. What should you expect on the experience? 1. A safety briefing 2. Self rescue ( if it goes wrong ) 3. Paddling techniques: Forwards, backwards, turning around, paddling kneeling down, paddling standing up 4. Tour of the local river 5. Team building and confidence activities We have a maximum of 2 spaces available per session. Book now to avoid disappointment. Parking Park in near Nicholas Everetts Park or Oulton Broad Train Station Meet at Ting Dene Oulton Broad Marina - We will be under a back gazebo near the slipway.

Cancellation Policy

Changing your booking We will make every effort to re-arrange any activities you have made with us up until 48 hours of the start of the activity at no extra cost. Please note this is absolutely no guarantee and is subject to schedule and availability. In the event that a booking cannot be changed then please refer to our cancellation policy below.  Cancellations East Coast Standup paddle Tours has been built on the highest customer service foundations and we appreciate that cancellations and refunds are at times a sticky issue. Whilst we endeavour to maintain the most human approach to such issues, we do run a very strict but clear cancellation and refund policy. This is to ensure our customers are totally clear on our policies and also to protect the interests of our small business which is naturally susceptible to a number of environmental and human conditions. We do not offer cash refunds to group bookings or individual & family bookings within 28 days of the booked activities due to ANY personal circumstances. These include things such as (but not exclusively to) sudden illness, family emergencies or distaste of the weather that day. Where  our customers can not attend their activity for reasons of their own, we will happily and immediately offer digital activity vouchers to the full value of the booking which can be redeemed within 12 months. Weather Conditions We maintain the right to cancel sessions at any time should the senior management or instructors deem the weather conditions too dangerous. In this instance, customers will be offered digital activity vouchers to the full value of the booking which can be redeemed 12 months into the future. We do not cancel sessions due to the rain or cloudy sky. We cancel sessions if the wind is blowing dangerously, if lightning is forecasted or the senior managers feel the group will not maintain their ability to cope with the conditions during the session.
