Lee Woodrow has been involved with Paddle Boarding since 2017 and became a Certified ASI Level 1 Instructor in 2021, including SUP Rescue & SUP Wise Certification
Lee is an Ex Army - Physical / Adventure Training Instructor, Mountain Leader and Water Sports Enthusiast. He has 8 years military experience, 14 years offshore experience and 5 years business experience. Having been involved with coaching and instructing for most of his life - Lee is ideally suited to coach your session.
