Welcome to East Coast Standup Paddle Tours! I'm Lee Woodrow - an experienced Standup Paddle Boarding Instructor with a passion for water sports. Based in Norfolk, I deliver SUP guided tours and taster sessions on the Norfolk Broads and East Coast for individuals, couples and groups.

Is your company looking for a fun, safe and motivating experience to bring together your team. We can cater for up to 8 people per session and can host team building exercises from private facilities at Oulton Broad Marina. The sessions include equipment hire, lesson, tour of the broad and team building exercises to bring together your team. Get in touch for more information.
Weekly Sessions
We provide all necessary equipment
We meet and greet you at the session location in our branded tent and provide all standup paddle boarding equipment, including board, paddle, leash and buoyancy aid. You should bring a towel, change of clothes and suitable water wear. We currently host 2 sessions a week across Norfolk & Suffolk for up to 4 people per session.
