Most discount codes are only applicable to Poseidon branded items. Only one discount code can be used per order - if you've already used one then a second will not work, or may override the previous code.

Standard deliveries arrive Monday to Friday. Orders placed by 3pm Monday - Thursday will printed and dispatched within 5-14 days depending on your location. If the order is placed after 3pm Monday - Thursday, at the weekend or on a bank holiday, the order will be dispatched on the next working day. If your order is late feel free to get in touch.

We normally allow 5-14 working days for your order to arrive when using Standard Delivery. This may be slightly longer during busy periods, such as during sales and holidays.

Instead of returning items you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability. Every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a photo and we’ll review your case and possibly give you your money back in full. Then if possible you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.
